Monday - Thursday $500/hr
Friday - Sunday $700/hr
All events have a 3-hour minimum. Preparation and clean up times must be included in your rental period. Events and music must end thirty minutes prior to the end of your rental period. All vendors, decorations, personal items, and guests must be off-site by the end of your rental period. All vendors must have a Washington State Business License & Certificate of Insurance.
